Not only did their Maintenance staff help me to bring my place up to the Howard County code for rental properties, their great reputation with the Howard County Rental License Inspector enabled me to have PCF make some small fixes that the inspector found were needed without him having to come back before issuing my rental license.
I was also very surprised that they were able to find a good renter in less than 2 months, especially since it was over the Christmas holidays and in winter. And on top of that, they were able to negotiate with the new renter to a 17-month lease that will put me on a summer cycle if this renter decides to depart. All this and I am getting a rent amount that covers both my mortgage and their fee.
